The Madison Park residential development project on Poole Avenue will be starting construction related activities including site clearing and other related work within the next week or so. The developer projects the actual building construction will start sometime in late fall with occupancy early next year. The developer proposes to construct the north-western 12-unit building first and then work their way around and out the site.
Note; this project will require clean fill dirt to raise the grade of the property to their approved site plan elevations which includes construction of retaining walls. As a result, there will be various points in time where abnormal truck traffic may be experienced in that area. The contractor has been advised amongst other municipal concerns to maintain a tracking pad at the entrance/exit which should collect most of the mud and dirt from the trucking related activities. The Township has also requested a mechanical street sweeper go up and down the affected areas of Poole Avenue at the end of each work day and as needed in between material deliveries. Freehold Soil Conservation District, Township Engineers and other agencies will monitor the site and road conditions during these and other activities. If you see any construction related issues please feel free to report them directly to email@example.com and corrective actions will be taken.
