The Economic Development Committee is dedicated to enhancing the economic strength in Hazlet by creating opportunities for development through desirable business growth, expansion, retention and attraction.
We are dedicated to creating a more vibrant and cultivated community by:
- Encouraging the economic well-being and expansion of existing commercial business within the Township.
- Serving as a conduit between the commercial economic interests in Hazlet and the municipal government.
- Responsibly developing environmentally sound projects within Hazlet Township.
- Maintaining the delicate balance between economic growth and population density, while enhancing quality of life for its citizens.
