Municipal and private club swimming will be allowed in the second week of the state’s multiphase "Stage 2" recovery plan, said Gov. Phil Murphy on Monday. The state Dept. of Health will release specific guidance on Tuesday.

The office also released new guidance on capacity limits, and requirements for facial mask and social distancing for the new phase beginning June 15.
Restaurants can offer outdoor dining and nonessential retail will be serve customers back inside, though at half capacity.
Hair salons and barbershops will reopen with restrictions June 22.
Gyms, libraries, museums and some government offices are also expected to reopen during the stage, but specific details have not yet been announced.
Child daycare center can reopen June 15, and outdoor non-contact sports can resume June 22,. Youth day camps can operate beginning July 6, all with restrictions.
