Hazlet Township will host a free rabies clinic on Saturday, Oct. 16 from 9 am to 11 am.
The location will be the DPW Yard at Leocadia Court (off Laurel Avenue.)
All animals must be on a leash or in a carrier.

To license your pet in January 2022, the rabies shot must be valid through October 31, 2022.
If your pet is deceased, or no longer living at your residence, please advise Hazlet Health Services to update records.
